Terms and Conditions

Please read these carefully before ordering. By ordering with us, you agree that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.

Payments and Ordering:
1. All orders made online must be fully paid to confirm your order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders not fully paid.

2. We accept all credit and debit card payments via Stripe on our website (additional fee) or via PayID – please note if you choose this form of payment, payment must be made within 30 minutes of placing you order.

3. Please note, a quote for a custom order is not an order confirmation. All custom cake orders require a deposit to secure date and confirm order.

Allergens and Dietary Requirements:

1. All our cakes include may contain wheat, dairy and gluten and other allergens. It is the client’s responsibility to notify their guests of ingredients and any possible allergens.

2. Please note any dietary requirements at time of ordering. We will try our best to accommodate requests but unfortunately our kitchen is unable to cater to those who have severe allergies as traces of allergens may be present. We take no responsibility for personal injury to client/guests occurring due to the consumption of our product. Please contact us beforehand if you have any concerns.

Pick up and Delivery:

Pick Up:

1. Pick up times are strictly limited to the pick up slots listed at check out. Please be on time for pick up and notify us in advance if you are running late, however we cannot guarantee you will be able to pick up outside of those times. In the situation that your chosen pick up slot is unavailable, we will notify you at least 48 hours beforehand to allow you to choose another pick up time. If you are a no show, we will hold your product until the end of the day and it is your responsibility to contact us to organise an alternative pick up time – no refunds given to no shows. We may be able to accommodate pick ups outside of our standard pick up slots but this must be pre-organised and may not be guaranteed.

2. Please ensure you have an appropriate method of transporting and storing the cakes, especially during Summer. Cakes will need to be transported in a air conditioned vehicle on a flat surface like the boot or floor of a car. Cakes need to be stored in the refrigerator as soon as it reaches its destination until serving. We will not accept any responsibility for any damages or spoilage of cakes once it leaves our premises.

Delivery:

3. Delivery is only available within 12km of our pick up location in Telopea 2117. Please note in order to calculate the distance, we use google maps and the route without tolls will be chosen. Please contact us beforehand for a delivery quote if you are unsure. Any additional delivery fees will need to be paid within 48 hours of placing you order, otherwise your order will be cancelled and credit note issued based on our cancellation policy.

4. If your delivery address is outside of our delivery range, your order will be cancelled unless you are able to pick it up or organise a courier. Strictly no refunds will be accepted if you are unable to pick up so please consider this before selecting ‘Delivery’ upon check out.

5. We will try our best to accommodate your requested delivery time but we are unable to guarantee this. Delivery information and time will be confirmed via text message 48 hours prior to delivery date. It is then the client’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery during that time. If no one is available to accept delivery, order will be placed at a safe location at the front door, and if no safe place is available, order will be returned and it will be up to the client to contact us to reorganise delivery for a fee. No delivery fees will be refunded.

Cancellations and refunds:

1. Any changes or cancellations must be made 7 days ahead of pick up date for a credit note only, minor changes may be accepted up to 48 hours before pick up date, at our discretion, after this no changes will be accepted.

2. Credit note will be to the value of original order and will need to be used within 6 months. Value will be the original order amount excluding any payment processing fees.

3. Any changes or cancellations must be made to us in writing to our email address, please ensure you have received a reply from us to confirm your cancellation/change.
