A chiffon cake is a light, airy and fluffy cake – lighter and less sweet than the traditional sponge cake. Our small batch technique ensure that each cake has a cloud like texture with the perfect amount of sweetness that will leave you wanting more with every bite. Chiffon cakes traditionally have a hole through the center to help the heat distribute and the cake to rise during the baking process. Our chiffon cakes are all baked to order and beautifully decorated with quality ingredients.

Pick up: free
Delivery: Within 6km – $10, Between 7-12km – $30.
Please contact us before you order for a delivery quote. You’re welcome to book a courier pick up but we will not be liable for cakes after they leave our premises.
Our chiffon cakes can be ordered at least 4 days in advance, just select the date upon checkout. Custom cakes require at least 3 weeks notice, but its advisable to enquire as early as possible as availabilities are limited!
For cakes ordered online: Any changes or cancellations must be made 7 days ahead of pick up date for a credit note (excluding any credit card processing fees), minor changes may be made within 48 hours of pick up, however this will be up to our discretion, after this no refunds will be given. Credit notes to be redeemed within 6 months of issue.
Custom cakes: Terms and conditions will be sent to you upon ordering.
We do custom cakes for all occasions from birthdays, weddings, anniversaries to ‘just because’ cakes. Simply submit an order request through our Custom Cakes form and we will work with you to create the perfect cake! Please note our custom cakes are limited at the moment so please enquire as early as possible.
Yes! We no longer use gelatin in our cakes so all our cakes are vegetarian friendly unless otherwise stated. Please confirm with us beforehand if you have any special dietary needs
Yes, we do however only up to 12km from West Ryde, 2117. Please contact us beforehand with your delivery address before checking out. Orders will not be refunded if you are outside of our delivery range and unable to pick your order up.
